1 Hour Personalized Online Yoga Session

This one-on-one yoga session will begin with a short consultation. During this time, we will discuss your yoga objectives as well as any physical challenges or limitations you might have, along with the props and supports you have on hand.
Based on our discussion, we will create a roughly 45 minute sequence of poses that best meet your specific needs that you can practice any time!
